    • For all custom designs and restorations a 40% deposit is required.

    • Quotes will be provided upon consultation.

    • Turnaround time will be determined and discussed at the time of consultations based on the complexity of pieces.

    • Feel free to share any ideas or inspiration with us before your consultation. This will help us prepare and customize your session to make the most of your time

Restoration

  • Giselle specialises in bringing back the original beauty of your precious jewellery. Meticulously restoring the brilliance of any item, whether it's a family heirloom, an antique, or a cherished piece that has seen better days. In order for your jewellery to continue telling its story for decades to come, Giselle can restore and reinvent it using the best materials and processes. Revive your memories, one fine detail at a time.

Repairs & Cleaning

  • You may rely on Giselle to revive your favourite jewellery when it needs some TLC, from resizing rings, repairing damaged chains or replacing a missing stone. Giselle can repair your jewellery to its original appearance and feel, whether it requires a delicate restoration or a straightforward repair.

    • Quotes are available upon request. Alternatively, pricing can be provided at the time of intake.

    • Basic repairs, sizing and cleaning involve up to 7 days for turnaround.

    • More complex repairs may involve up to 14 days for turnaround.

    • Please note that some repairs may require parts to be ordered, such as stone replacements, which could affect the lead time
